How do I book a session?
Booking a session with Sukoon Therapy is simple and stress-free. You can schedule your first session through our website, by filling out the intake form, or by giving us a call. We also offer a 10–15 minute Discovery Call so you can get a feel for therapy and see if it’s the right fit for you.
I’ve never been to therapy. How do I start?
You’re not alone, many of our clients are taking their first step too.
Start by reaching out through our contact form. You can write as little or as much as you want. From there, we’ll guide you in finding a therapist who suits your needs and help you book your first session.
How do I know if I need therapy?
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or just not yourself lately, therapy might help. But it’s not just for crises. Many people come to therapy to explore themselves, grow emotionally, or simply have a space to reflect.
How do I choose the right therapist for me?
We take the time to understand what you’re looking for, your preferences, what you’re going through, and what makes you feel safe. Then we recommend therapists who might be a good fit. And if it doesn’t feel right? We’re happy to adjust until you feel comfortable.
Is everything I say kept private?
Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality is one of our core values. What you share in therapy stays between you and your therapist. You’re in a trusted space here.
What if I don’t know what to talk about in my sessions?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have all the answers. Your therapist will gently guide the conversation, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Just showing up is already enough.
